Public companies are encouraged to participate in the Trading-for-Charity program when conducting various transactions related to actions on behalf of the corporation and other investment related activity by officers and employees of their company.
Using common Wall Street practices such as directing orders or instructing your current broker-dealers to “step-out” trades to one of our participating broker-dealers… allows your organization to lend a hand to help children and families in need…effortlessly and seamless to your normal transaction process for various corporate actions.
Directed orders, step-outs and traditional Order Executions can be facilitated for these and other types of transaction for or on behalf of a public corporation:
- Corporate Buy-Back programs
- Corporate Investment transactions
- Corporate insider/office/employee transactions

Private companies may also execute orders directly with an NTCF participating broker-dealer in the same manner as they would with any of their current broker-dealers. These transaction would be executed at a special NTCF discounted commission rate, of which the participating Broker-dealer would donate a portion of those discounted commissions directly to the NTCF for the benefit of your specific charity.
